ALLERGIES / DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, but not all dishes can be modified. If you have multiple dietary restrictions, we may not be able to provide the dining experience you're looking for. 

While we don't offer gluten free pasta, we have other gluten free options on the menu.

We can accommodate vegetarians who eat gluten, eggs and dairy--but please note that vegetarian options are extremely limited. (Generally only one of our four pastas is vegetarian or can be modified to be vegetarian.)

We are unable to accommodate a vegan diet. 

Please email us at info@luciadallas.com well before your reservation to let us know about any allergies and/or dietary restrictions and we'll follow up and let you if we'll be able to accommodate you.

AVAILABILITY

Reservations are on a rolling 30 day availability. Each day, at 9 am, a new reservation day opens. Reservations may not be made more than 30 days in advance.

 

PARTY SIZES

The largest party size we can accommodate is 6 guests. We only have one table that can be reserved for 6 guests. (So you may find it is easier to make a reservation for smaller parties: 2-4 guests.)

Reservations cannot be combined to form larger parties.

When booking reservations, please include children and infants in the party size. 

We are unable to accommodate any last minute increases in party size.

 

15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD

Your full party must be present to be seated. We allow a 15 minute grace period, from your reservation time, for your party to be complete. After that, we cannot guarantee seating.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and reductions in party size made after 5 pm the day before your reservation are subject to a $50 per person charge. All reservation changes and cancellations can be managed using RESY, our reservation system. As a small restaurant operating in challenging times, we appreciate your thoughtfulness in letting us know of any changes as soon as possible.

 

SERVICE CHARGE

A 20% service charge is added to all guest checks to help us provide a sustainable, equitable work environment for all of our team. No tipping is expected. Any cash tips that are left will be divided evenly among team members who have direct interaction with guests.

 

DINING TIMES

To allow us to honor all guests' reservation times and allow us time to clean and sanitize between seatings, we offer the following dining times:

 

For parties of 2 and 4, we have reserved 2 hours.

 

For parties of 6, we have reserved 2 hours and 30 minutes.

 

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK

We do not allow guests to bring their own beverages or food into the restaurant.

 

PATIO SEATING

Please note that if you are dining on our patio, dress with the weather in mind. If there is a sudden change in weather, we cannot guarantee seating inside. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule your dinner for another time.

 

Inclement weather conditions may affect our ability to provide a comfortable outdoor dining experience. If extreme weather is forecast, reservations may be canceled the morning or afternoon of the booking date without penalty.

 

Our patio is dog-friendly, provided your dog is leashed and doesn't interfere with other guests' dinner experience or our service. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
