Where do we park?

While there is a tiny parking lot behind our building, we recommend parking in the parking lot at the corner N. Bishop and 9th. That lot offers both free and paid parking. The paid parking just requires that you download a mobile app on your smartphone. Free parking is first come, first served. If you don't want to worry about parking, consider using a car service like Uber, Lyft or Alto.

  

How do I make a reservation?

Please use the Resy button at the bottom of the Reservations Page.

 

What's the largest party you can accommodate?

Currently the largest party we can accommodate is 6 guests. Reservations cannot be combined to make a larger party.

 

What if the reservation I want isn't available?

We're a small restaurant--just 9 tables inside. We also have bar and patio seating. The more flexible you can be on number of guests, time and/or date, where you sit, the more likely we'll be able to accommodate you. For example...you might prefer a 6:30 pm table for 2 people, but perhaps a 6 pm bar seat would work just fine.

 

How can I be put on a waitlist?

If you still can't find the reservation you're looking for, please use Resy's "Notify Me" function to put yourself on the Notify list for the date(s) you want. If a guest cancels on the date/time you're looking for, Resy will automatically email you letting you know that something has opened up. Everyone who is on the Notify List for a particular date/time gets the same email that you do. The open reservation will go to the first guest who goes to our website and claims it.

 

 

How do I tell you that I have dietary restrictions?

The BEST way to let us know of any special requests for your reservation is to email us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation day at info@luciadallas.com.

In addition, you can make notes on your reservation in Resy, but we generally don't see those notes until the afternoon of your reservation.

Can you accommodate a gluten-free guest?

Yes. While we don't offer gluten-free pasta, there are other options for guests who don't eat gluten. 

 

Can you accommodate a vegetarian guest?

 

We can accommodate vegetarians who eat gluten, eggs and dairy--but please note that vegetarian options are extremely limited. (Generally only one of our four pastas is vegetarian or can be modified to be vegetarian.)

 

Can you accommodate a vegan guest?

We are unable to accommodate a vegan diet. Our pasta doughs contain eggs. Most of our sauces contain dairy. We're known for our house-cured meats. 

 

Can I bring in my own wine or a cake?

Guests may not bring their own beverages or food into the restaurant.

 

How far out can I make reservations?

30 days out. Lucia's reservations will be on a rolling 30 day availability. Each day, at 9 am, a new day becomes available.

 

Can I reserve seats at your bar?

Yes. 

 

Do you accept walk-ins?

While we recommend reservations, we do leave a few seats at the bar available for walk ins. You're always welcome to pop in and see if something's available.

 

Can we order To Go?

While we offer Family Dinners To Go on Saturdays and Sundays, guests may not call in to go orders from our regular menu.

 

Do you do offsite catering?

No.
